This is a great hotel. It has just been fully renovated and a third floor added. Still a few finishing touches to do like landscape and a bit of paint. Very clean and comfortable and lovely staff. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again.
My family and I had booked two rooms at the Best Western in Duncan, BC Canada for Friday, May 18th 2018. We made this booking at the end of March 2018 and had paid a deposit. We were told mid April that Best Western Duncan could no longer provide us with a room due to renovations. We were not given an alternative option nor did Best Western try to house us into another hotel. We have also not been given our deposit back. We had contacted Best Western customer service many times and nothing has been done nor have they returned any of our calls. We had booked this hotel to attend a close wedding and because of the cancellation we had such a stressful experience.
Stayed here while visiting family. They just re-opened after a major renovation, and I can say that the hotel looks better than ever. They have all new beds, furniture, carpets, so I felt like I was staying at a brand new hotel. My room was on the second floor and the elevator wasnt installed yet, but the super friendly staff offered to take my luggage up the stairs to my room. Nice! They mentioned the fitness room will have brand new machines, so Ill try them out next time I stay here. Overall, very nice staff and very clean and modern hotel! Worth every dollar, definitely the best place to stay in Duncan.
Had a great dinner in the restaurant! Service was fantastic. Good selection of local beer!
Great hotel, best western is upping up their game. Im inclined to leave even my gold status in IHG Hotels to favor the re-newed Best Western hotels
