Ruined my wife's dress. Claimed the fabric was to blame.
Bad customer service. People are rude and unwilling to help. Won't even dry clean common items. Such as a wool jacket. Went to joy dry cleaning express where the service was good and they cleaned my items for a fair price.
I've used them for years and trust my important items with them.
We're very disappointed with our recent service with Royal Cleaners. We had a brand new suit and shirt returned with more crincles and white hair. Asked for refund as quality and care was not present. Owner was unsympethtic and declined to offer a refund. Please take your dry cleaning and dress or suit pressing elsewhere in Duncan. This business is not recommended.
This establishment is a disgrace. Complete lack of customer service, the employees are extremely rude and condescending- notably Wendy. Ruined all of the clothing I brought in to the point of no repair; everything still dirty and wrinkled and they refused to give me a refund. Do NOT go here.
