Every time I take dry cleaning in they charge me differently for the same clothing items and I always get my shirts returned with marks on them which they claim will not come out. I don't notice these marks when I dropped the clothes off. When I told them I hadn't seen them before they said "we don't put marks on clothing and didn't offer any suggestion at all, simply said it was on the back that's why I hadn't seen it before, despite me inspecting my clothing before taking it in for cleaning. Unfortunately the other dry cleaners in town lost my pants and it took me a month before I could get them to pay for replacements. Don't get your dry cleaning done in Duncan. You'd be better driving to a different city.
Terrible customer service. I foolishly paid before inspecting my garment - they had made holes in the lace of my dress! When I complained to the cashier, she called the owner. I could hear him on the other end of the phone asking if I had already paid. When the answer was yes, he said tell her theres nothing we can do. He didnt even apologize. It was as though it was my fault for asking them to clean something delicate.
