It's good for car insurance and life insurance
My experience at Sussex was so great that I came here to write a five-star review. The lady that helped me yesterday at about 6:30 was extremely kind, fun and helpful. She insisted in explaining me everything I needed to know about the insurance and coverage I was picking until she was sure I understood it.The service was quick and done professionally.I am honestly surprised, given that the only other review was a 1-star rant.
Service was rude the first time I went in to renew my insurance. She claimed that they didn't sell the insurance that I was trying to renew although I purchased it from them the year before. Now after 3 weeks of trying to get simple banking information changed I had to call the insurance agency myself and they did it for me over the phone. They should be called Suckssex! Island Savings across the parking lot gave me great service.
