Very, very nice and helpful people and good inventory. Always have what I need. Always have the answers to my questions and the store is always organised and clean. Plenty of staff to help you out.
Poor service. Went in and walked around the store twice looking for fabric dye. The three ladies at the counter chatting took time to look me up and down but never offered any assistance. Won't go back.
I love love this place. I come from Nanaimo to shop here. The customer service is amazing, one call or email and the always have it waiting. Would rather shop no where else. Best selection on Island.
Great variety. Prices good but much better with membership which pays if you need lots.
Since the move to the new location, the selection is much better. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I just wish they had more knits - specifically patterned cotton/spandex!
