Great cocktails! Great service! Some dishes were great, others were a flop. With more consistency, this would be a 5 star place.
The food was excellent and service was timely. Would be 5 star but for the small portion of tarter sauce. The sauce was exceptional just not enough.
Amazing. There's a reason this restaurant is highly rated by so many people. It's incredible. The ambiance, the service, and of course the food. The linguine is home made and light and the vegetables on top were perfect. The fish cakes were a perfect appetizer. And the lemon dessert? Oh, I'll be dreaming about having that again. The only thing that annoyed me about it was that I hadn't heard of this place before.
Beautiful decor not overdone. Fresh flowers grown by owner. Flavorful food beautifully presented. Attentive staff. Romantic settings indoor and outdoor. Would highly recommend for a quiet dinner. Loved the local Salt Island goat cheese and Averill wine. Excellent duck, not gamey, very moist. The mussels were delicately cooked in a light and creamy wine sauce. The fries were so light and had a slight sweet flavor. Everyone loved their dishes. Thank you all for your hospitality. Wish we had time to sit in the elegant bar area to chat and learn more about the building and owners.
We found this restaurant by chance and got a table outside in the garden. The multi-course-menu was absolutely fantastic and the waitresses professional and friendly. We really enjoyed this dinner in this wonderful cozy surroundings.
