I went to find out about having an heirloom 5 (separate stones) carat diamond ring re-purposed to give to my sons. I am not a fancy person and came in jeans and a sweater and although I have lots of money they took one quick glance at me and ignored me for 20 minutes as they were having someone fix their cash terminal. When the rude lady finally acknowledged my presence she said doubtfully. ..well just bring it in. Hey people we don't always look like potential rich clients and your arrogant approach has turned my business elsewhere. Don't judge a book by its cover. Terrible customer service! Unless you look rich which is obviously their preference.
We had a wonderful experience the store prices were very fair the quality was excellent. Many people commented on the pieces without being prompted. We had a problem with a stone which came loose went in were helped immediately and fixed it at no cost. Excellent service prices and product highly recommend
had a ring repaired here last week. there was a minor miscommunication on one aspect of the work that was expected. This was very quickly and expertly addressed at no cost. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend. This is a skilled and experienced jeweler. Price was fair.
A wonderful store. I went in for a couple job repairs and purchases and the service was friendly. Of course there was a few language problems but of course nothing you can't fix unless you're close minded and think the world revolves around u. 10 out 10 would recommend.
He made a wedding ring for my wife. The attention to detail was exceptionally low. All the different parts of the design and creation process lacked some thought. The diamonds were supposed to be recessed in the ring band and he ended up not making a band thick enough. Their were 7 Diamonds set into the band and the holes or not equally spaced or centered on the band. His price was reasonable, but that didn't do anything to make the wedding ring look any better. His timing was reasonable but not great.
