My husband and I are beyond happy with the Tech staff at Staples in Duncan. We had purchased a laptop for our business that was recommended by a tech staff from a different store and it was horrible. We brought it into the Duncan location for a return and they were surprised that laptop had been recommended to us.Trish and Ryan set us up with a great system and helped to make sure we had everything we needed for starting up our small business. We were so impressed with the customer service from them as they definitely went above and beyond to help us. We will be going to this location for all of our business needs from now on. I went in to take back a product that was still in its wrapping from 2 nights before. The sales worker had to confirm with his boss that it was okay for him to refund me even though the product was in its wrapping still and only purchased 2 nights before.This makes me think of going to all the other stores like Costco or Amazon where returning things is never a problem. Also it makes me more cautious to buy stuff from here as I know it will be a challenge to take back.Very poor manager and customer service!
Brought liquid screen protection on august for my phone. Lied about scratch and shatter resistance. Not happy
Ordered a DJI drone online to be collected in store but they cancelled my order last minute because my card is a UK card. No phone call or explanation. Really screwed up my shoot. Should have said on the website.
